À la plage!

To the beach! We woke up very late today (10:30!), so we did not make it to breakfast/lunch until noon. But then it was off to the beach. We stopped at a little market and bought an umbrella and toys. We were set for the day!

When we had enough sun, we wondered back to the apartment, but not before stopping for an afternoon snack of quiche, baguette sandwich, sorbet, and of course, les macarons!

We came back to shower and then set off for dinner in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Even though Maps indicated a 30 minute walk, we had no idea we would be hiking!!! We really earned our dinner tonight! B slipped and fell along the way and wanted you all to know he skinned his knee! With blood! Be sure to give him your sympathies when you see him;)

K’s favorite part of the day was going to the beach and B’s was, too!
