At the Park

While in Atlanta, we found this amazing park to take K to play outside. It rained every day, so we had to stay inside most of the time we were there, aside from walking the dog, which K found hilarious. K absolutely LOVED this park and had the best time! She had it all to herself, too.

She thought the stairs were so cool because she could climb them just by holding onto the railing without having to climb on all-fours. She would go up the stairs...

...then down the slide...

...and then would do it all again.

And sometimes, she would stop to spin the wheel!

Back up the stairs like a big girl.

The park was so great that it even had a tire swing, which I haven't seen since I was a kid!

I'm not sure if you can tell from the pictures, but the neighborhood that Grandma and Grandpa live in is so beautiful! All of the houses are either craftsman style, or conjure up images of Hansel and Gretel. All of the trees are so tall, old, and beautiful. A great neighborhood, and a great park! K will look forward to visiting this park again soon!
