B's Birthday Play Group!

Since B's birthday is getting close, we hosted play group and had a little party for him...construction truck themed, of course!  Cee Cee and Papa gave sent him this amazing sand box for his birthday, so I filled it with dried pinto beans and trucks for the kids to play...it was a hit!

K and Claire were reunited, and so excited!

We took some fun pictures behind a cardboard picture stand...B fits right in!

We had play pizza and real pizza at lunch!

And a dump truck pinata!

First, we started pulling the ribbons...

But, the candy never fell out, so then we went to the bat!

We sang happy birthday and B blew out his candles like a champ!  He knew just what to do and was giving everyone high fives!

While I didn't get a picture of them, I made vanilla cupcakes with mud (cocoa powder) flavored icing, and dump truck sticks....they were a hit!  You can catch a glimpse in the video.

I think B had a really fun day with all of his little friends!  And K, too!
