Patrick and K got the opportunity to go back to St. Louis for the World Series Game 3, so before they left on their first Daddy-Daughter trip, K and I had a date night all to ourselves! It was so wonderful and I cherished every moment! We went to Fidel's for bean and cheese burritos...her new fave!
Then, we went to the "cone store" for frozen yogurt with sprinkles (not just any sprinkles, but dinosaur sprinkles!) and gummy bears!
We had so much fun!
We have to do this more often because K just loved it, and so did I! While we love Daddy and Baby Brother, I think we both miss our one-on-one time. Now that B is getting bigger, it's a lot easier to steal away and spend that time with K.
I love you, sugarbun, and I am going to miss you terribly while you are away!
