Baby Brother is 6 Months Old!

I really can't believe it!  He weighs 17 lbs. 7 oz. (44.49%) and is 27 3/4 in. tall (86.83%).  He is wearing size 6-12 months in everything and is growing out of his clothes faster than I can wash them and put them on him. He is sitting up, rolling all over, and grabbing for everything.  He will dive for his toys from a sitting position, which is pretty funny.  But, he loves playing with his toys, and absolutely loves watching his big sister!

B goes to bed by 6:30 and is pretty consistently waking up 3 times per night at 10:00 p.m., 1:00 a.m., and 4:00 a.m.  He wakes up for good somewhere between 5:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and takes 2 to 3 naps per day.  I talked to the pediatrician today and am ready to sleep train!  It's time for B to sleep through the night...I'm ready!  He's ready!  I know we can do it (but, wish me luck!).

In St. Louis, we upped the solid food to lunch and dinner, which he seems to like.  It's hit or miss whether he likes what I'm serving him, and it doesn't seem to be consistent...one day, he loves sweet potatoes, and the next day, he will only take 3 bites.  We've made our way through most of the orange and yellow vegetables, apples, bananas, avocado, and peas.  He was never a fan of oatmeal, but he loves banana oatmeal and avocado oatmeal!  I'm hoping more food means more sleep!

I've learned that B is a homebody, through and through!  He is so happy to be home from our travels!  And is back to our laid back, mellow baby.  We are so blessed!
