The Big Belly

I know that they say that you can tell if someone is having a boy or having a girl by the way that they carry the baby.  I am 33 weeks along and I have been getting quite a lot of comments from strangers over the last few days.  So I thought I would do a little comparison:

My belly looks exactly the same!  My weight gain is exactly the same!  It's so crazy!  I don't know what it is about pregnant bellies that make people think they can say whatever comes into their heads?! But, I was asked if I was pregnant with twins twice in one day!  The only acceptable things to say to a pregnant woman are "You look fabulous!" or "Congratulations!"  I only wish strangers would stop asking my due date, and then ridiculing the size of my belly, or offensively commenting about the sex of the baby.  I have seven weeks to go and this is how my body makes a baby!  I am proud and I am going to enjoy it!
