We went to Disneyland!!!

We had passes left over from when we took K to Disneyland for her birthday.  It just so happened that they had to be used by the end of the year, so Mama and Dada took K for a special day at Disneyland while Mimi watched B (thanks, Mimi!).  This was also only my second time at Disneyland it was all decorated for the holidays!  It is even more magical than usual!
We left our house bright and early and got to the park at 8:45 a.m., at which time we went straight to stand in line to see the Frozen characters, Ana and Elsa (last time, the wait was 4 1/2 hours!!!).  We were relieved to find out that they now offer a Fastpass-type reservation for a special meeting with the very popular sisters.  However, the first availabe was 7:20 - 7:40 p.m.!!!!  It was 8:45 a.m.!!!!  We were flabberghasted, to say the least!  I thought for sure that we would be heading home before our reservation time arrived...

We got to ride Dumbo, which was closed last time we were here...
And we had a blast on Alice's Tea Cups.  Dada could not stop laughing!

K had blue cotton candy and a blue icee before noon!  What could be better?! And It's a Small World was open, too (which was also closed last time).
K loved it just as much as I did (and do now) as a kid!
And the holiday displays were amazing!  No wonder it was closed last time we came...they were taking down the amazing holiday decorations!
We got to see Aurora, who is K's favorite (next to Elsa and Ana, of course!).  She was so cute and told K all about how Elsa and Olaf helped her put the snow on her castle for Christmas.
We had some fun in Toon Town, where K got to drive around :)
And of course, we made stops at Mickey and Minnie's houses, respectively.
K was fascinated by Minnie's diswasher...
And wanted to know why her perfume bottle didn't work and her drawers didn't open.  We talked about how Minnie probably doesn't want everyone going through her stuff.  And that, when Minnie is there alone, it all magically comes to life again.
Minnie was so cute, and even gave K a kiss, even though she was a little shy.
