Mimi and Grandpa Bill's House

Mimi and Grandpa Bill recently bought a house in the Coronado Cays.  It's absolutely perfect for them, but unfortunately, Grandpa Bill is still based in Atlanta.  So, they are renting it out for a year in hopes that they can one day live in it.  Their tenants don't move in for a few weeks, so in the meantime, we get to enjoy the Coronado lifestyle!  We've been treating it as our own little beach house because you can walk to the beach, the park, the pool, and a little cafe.  It's wonderful!

Mimi and Grandpa Bill stayed in their house for a few weeks to get it furnished and ready for the tenants to move in.  We went to visit with K and Baby Brother...

 And Dada and K took a trip to the beach!  The thing about the beach there is that it is pretty much empty, so you have it all to yourself.  It's amazing!  I'm not sure if you can tell, but K's kite has Cinderella on it...she loves her princesses!

 And building sand castles!

She just loves the beach in general!

And her "Baby Brudder," too! I cannot believe how big she is! Especially next to tiny Baby Brother!

 

And we take the bassinet for our stroller with us...it serves as Baby Brother's stroller and bed!  He loves it!

We went down to Mimi and Grandpa Bill's house the next two weekends.  Dada bought some fishing poles so that he and K could fish off of the dock in the back.  They used hot dogs as bait! 

 They had a lot of fun...

 Although, Dada spent most of his time cutting, untying, and restringing the line!

 Baby Brother and I hung out inside mostly.  He would eat and sleep, but we think he really likes Mimi and Grandpa Bill's house just the same!

 He is working hard to hold is head up high!

 And then he needed another nap...

It was so nice to have Mimi and Grandpa Bill's house to go to get away for the weekend!  We will be so sad when the tenants move in and we can't drive down there for sun and fun time!
