K received this dress two years ago from CeeCee and Papa and we were waiting for it to fit her at the right time. She has been sick all week, so we haven't gone anywhere, and the weather is rainy and yucky outside, but this dress was going to make an appearance rain or shine. We couldn't let the moment pass because I don't think it will fit our growing girl for next St. Dada's Day!
