Some of the snacks ended up on the floor, but K thought they were delicious anyway
After K was all dressed for the day in her special Easter ensemble from Grandma and Grandpa, she went back to her pile of loot for more snacks!
She totally knew that she looked cute and was posing for the camera.
And then wanted more snacks!
She played the piano for us...
And then, clapped for herself!
She headed outside where she kissed the ducks, fed them, and kissed them more!
And bathed the frog prince again...she gave him so many baths that his foot fell off in the fountain! Oops!
She played ball with Dada
Grandma and Grandpa Murphy put together an Easter Egg Hunt in the backyard. K had fun, but wasn't all that interested in what was inside the eggs unless, of course, it was a snack! She sure had fun finding the eggs and putting them in her baskets (plural)!
Uncle B helped her out a little with the hunt
Grandma helped her find a few of the last eggs
She tried on some bunny ears, but didn't really like them.
Grandma tried again with the ears, but no dice.
K went back inside to check out more of what the Easter Bunny brought for her
She got a few new hair bows
And a really cool Cardinals headband....Go Cards!
She met some new stuffed animal friends and made Grandpa give them kisses!
She also got her first chocolate!
K wanted to check out Mommy's loot, too, just in case there might be something of interest
K got the cutest bunny from MaMa that sings and dances...K loved it!
It was such a beautiful day that we had to get a family picture
And a picture with Grandma and Grandpa, too!
After everything, K was pooped and ready for a nap!
She fell asleep within 5 minutes of leaving Grandma and Grandpa's house
She woke up pretty fussy, so Dada thought it would be a good idea to give her some chocolate to make her happy :)
What a wonderful weekend!
