Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful Moms we know! My Mom came to visit for the weekend and we had a nice, relaxing time together. She could not believe how much K had grown since she saw her only two weeks ago.

On Saturday, we went to a new breakfast place in Solana Beach called Claires on Cedros. The breakfast was fabulous and the lunch looked really good, too! It reminded me a little of Plum's in Orange County, which we love! Breakfast is probably our favorite meal of the day, so finding a great place for breakfast is always exciting! Grandma loved holding K and got some cute pictures!






Grandma had the best time babysitting K on Saturday night, which allowed Patrick and I to go on our first date since she was born!!! It felt so different being out and about without her, but it was great to have some quality time together.

On Sunday, we went to brunch and K just loved her toy so much, she fell asleep with it in her mouth! It was hilarious!
