Fun in St. Louis with Friends and Family

We had a great time in St. Louis! It was, by far, the busiest trip we have ever taken, and required more luggage as well! We were quite a sight unloading at the airport, and then trying to schlep K and all of the goods to the rental car place once we got there. We made it and enjoyed visiting the STL. K had so many people to meet that we know and love. It was really fun to see friends and family that we do not get to see often enough. We will definitely have to take another trip soon when we don't have a wedding and graduation to attend in the same week.

Here are pictures of K and I with K's friend, Parker, and my great friends, Erin and Christie from law school. Parker is adorable with the bluest eyes and what looks to be red hair like his Mommy! Parker is 7 1/2 months old, and was a big baby like K. Erin has been such a huge help to me since K was born.

Here is K asleep on Grandpa Eddie at Uncle Brian's graduation dinner...he even wore a soft sweater just in case this might happen!


Grandpa Shelby played just for us while we were back. In eight years together, Patrick had never heard him play music, so he got together his band. It was past K's bedtime, so she didn't get to go, but she heard Grandpa practicing all week. He sounded amazing!!!! And Glamma Donna volunteered to babysit K while we were gone. K was so good (thank goodness....she was a bit of a handful when we went to the wedding the weekend before!).
