Tornado Warning!

The kids and I were laying down together for nap time when Dee Dee came in to tell us about a tornado warning in Sunset Hills! We were asleep and didn't hear the sirens going off outside. We had to go down into the basement and wait it out...but Dee Dee and Grandpa's basement is the best place to do that...

The retro Cozy Coupe from when Auntie Lauren and I were K and B's ages was all that they needed to keep them busy! I can't believe that Cozy Coupe is that old!  And still such a hit!

As some of you know, B is deathly afraid of dogs! It all started when K shrieked with delight over seeing Mimi and Grandpa Bill's dog, Baxter, back in February.  Ever since, he instantly cries and does not want to be left on the floor with any dog!  Much to my surprise, it only took a few days with Maddy...
