K's First Ballet Class!

I've been dreaming of this day ever since I found out we were having a little girl! While we've taken two years of Mommy-and-me classes, this was the first real-deal, independent ballet class. We went to buy a brand new black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes...the required uniform. And she even had to wear her hair in a bun (although, it didn't stay very well...Mama needs to work on that!).  I was nervous that she wouldn't want to go by herself so we've been talking a out it for a week. When the time came, she was so excited...she walked right in with her new teacher and didn't even say goodbye to Mama and Baby Brother! She did great and we are so proud of our big girl!
