K's Words to Remember

K's vocabulary is expanding day-by-day and there are so many things that she says that I want to record and ingrain into my memory forever. I would love to freeze her right now because she is at a great age where she discusses everything; and absorbs everything, too! Here are some of the things I always want to remember, the things that melt my heart:

"Uppy" ("hold me," with arms extended) has become "Mama, hode yu" ("Mama, hold me.").
"Oowwww-wuuuu" ("I love you") has become "I wuv oooh"
"Nigh nigh!" ("night night") has become "Goodnight!"
"Tens-tee" (her name) has become "Ken-zee" (and she can even spell it now!).
"Num-in-nas" ("food") has become "Num-nums" and sometimes, even "Ken-zee hungry, Mama!" or "Naks!" ("snacks")
"Blub-blubs" ("fish") remains, but she will sometimes say "goldfish" when referring to goldfish
"Lay-ee-gubs" ("ladybugs")
"Fwoggy" ("frog")
"Buh-hee" ("bunny") has become "bunny")

Last week, we were getting ready for bed and I put on her pajamas. This is how the conversation went:
K: "Cupcake jammies, Mama!"
Me: "Yes, sweetie, that's right. We're putting on your cupcake jammies."
K: "Cool, Mama! I love it!"
(I am still cracking up over this!)

Over the weekend, we went to the mall with CeeCee and were in the shoe department. K, of course, could not resist...She said, "Pway shoes, Mama!" (She calls her sneakers her "play shoes").

And then she went for the "Pwetty shoes"

She is a girl after my own heart!
