Lemonade!

K's school had their annual lemonade stand and art show. They spent the week squeezing lemons, mixing, adding, and testing, and then they sell their yummy concoction to their families for 25 cents, while they display all of their artwork.  K's recipe for lemonade was much more traditional this year without the blueberry muffins!

At the beginning of the schoolyear, I started writing notes and drawing pictures on K's napkins in her lunch. Little did I know that her teachers started saving them to display...I was so touched, yet so self-conscious at the same time!

The post-it says, "We are excited to introduce and welcome our featured artist, Erica Murphy!"

K was such a wonderful server and the lemonade was delicious!

B loved the lemonade, too! And we were all so excited that Daddy could come to the stand!

Daddy even was able to join us for our Friday pizza ritual with a bunch of K's friends from school!

I love K's school so much and I am going to miss all of the wonderful people so much next year!
