School Break (sort of!)

After much thought and consideration, we have decided to take a break from preschool.  Even with my attending, K's demeanor, involvement, and enjoyment of school has not changed much.  She still fights me to get ready for school, regularly expresses that she does not want to go to school, and begs me to stay at school with her.  She was sick last week, and with Thanksgiving this week, would miss two whole weeks of school.  So, next week, we would be starting over once again, and I just can't do it to her anymore.  We want K to have a positive introduction to school, and enjoy her time as a kid.  She is, after all, only 2 (even though she may look like a 5 year-old!).  Thus, we are now on "break" from school and will try again in the fall.  With the new baby coming, we just want to enjoy this time with her.  We love our little girl more than anything in the world and just want her to be happy!
